The Gym will adjust hours on Thanksgicing Day and open at 6am and close at noon. Childcare hours will be the same.

New Program for Child Care

Child Care Manager Sarah Waggoner announced today a new program for child care. The program, Movement Pre-School, will launch the first week in October. The new program will feature learning activities for the children. Movement Pre-School is a structured curriculum designed to help children engage in fun activities that will provide basic learning.

Ultimate Fitness Challenge (class)

We are introducing a new program to the gym! The UFC class is a 6 week program designed to help motivate those who are serious about getting in good physical condition. The program is a well designed plan that includes a certified trainer and a charted and an automated program to track progress and in the end offer prizes to the ones who prgress the best.
