BIO: Kristine is a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, as well as a club soccer coach. She has 5 years of experience training adults & youth, as well as 20+ years of soccer experience in both playing and coaching. She played 4 years of college soccer and continues to play competitively in the WPSL. Her other hobbies include spending time with family and friends, snowboarding, hiking, and playing pickleball. She enjoys being active, helping others reach their fitness goals, & loves being a part of people’s health journey.
